How to order

To purchase items from our online store, follow these steps:

  1. On our homepage select "Shop";
  2. Choose the item you want to buy;
  3. Select the desired size, if you cannot select it is because the item is out of stock;
  4. Click buy to add the item to the shopping bag;
  5. You can add several items to the shopping bag;
  6. To complete the purchase, you must fill in the requested information and proceed with the payment, using the methods indicated in "Payments";
  7. Once the payment has been successfully received, Pearls & Waves will send you a payment confirmation email;
  8. When the order is dispatched to the indicated address, you will receive a new email informing about shipment. Shipping is carried out as indicated in "Shipping Policy".
Payments

At Pearls & Waves you can choose to pay for the items in the following ways: Mastercard, VISA, Paypal, Multibanco Reference or MB Way.

Shipping Policy

Shipping to Portugal: Items are shipped by CTT to mainland Portugal and the Islands, with an estimated delivery time for mainland Portugal of 1-2 working days and 2-3 working days for the Islands. Shipping costs have a cost that is added to the value of the item at the end of the purchase process.

For international shipping: Shipping costs to be defined with the customer. If you want an international shipment, please send us an email to pearlsandwaves@gmail.com.

Pearls & Waves is not responsible for customs costs, nor delays generated by customs or transport company.

Exchanges and Returns

In accordance with Decree Law nº 24/2014, of February 14, you can exchange or return Pearls & Waves items within 14 days of receiving them.

If you wish to exchange or return, you will have to send an email to pearlsandwaves@gmail.com to communicate this intention and after receiving our confirmation email to your request for exchange or return, the item has to be sent by CTT, preferably by registered mail to avoid loss. After sending, please send us an email to pearlsandwaves@gmail.com indicating the full name, article reference and size to be exchanged or returned and the respective order number.

Exchange: After receiving the item in our atelier and carrying out the quality control of the same, if the item meets all the necessary conditions to be accepted, you will receive an email with confirmation that the item has been accepted and you can exchange it for another item. If the value is higher, you will have to pay the difference, if the value is lower, you can opt for a discount voucher, valid for one year or refund the difference.

Return: After receiving the item in our atelier and carrying out its quality control, if the item meets all the necessary conditions to be accepted, you will receive an email confirming that the item has been accepted and the amount will be refunded. within 5 working days.

If the payment was made by Multibanco, MBWay or Bank Transfer, you will need to provide your IBAN, as the refund will be made by bank transfer. If it was made by PayPal or Credit Card, the refund will be made through the same original payment method.

Pearls & Waves does not accept used, washed, incomplete or non-original items.

We are not responsible for the misuse or incorrect washing of the articles.

Restock

As Pearls & Waves is a slow fashion brand, our items are limited in stock.

Once the item is out of stock and if it is from the current collection, the restock may take up to 5 weeks.
